VCA Spring Creek Animal Hospital was started by the husband and wife team of Dr. Daniel Forman and Dr. M.J. Forman.

They are proud to say they have been providing veterinary medical services to the communities of Wilson, Kelly, Moran, Victor, Driggs, Star Valley, Teton County, Lincoln County, and the Greater Yellowstone area for over 27 years.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive high quality veterinary care with emphasis on exceptional client service and patient care, while providing employees with desirable, fulfilling and rewarding employment.

Our clients are friends as well as customers and we value their continued trust and goodwill.

  • Thursday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Sunday - Closed
