Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital

Established in 1974, we at Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital have been happily serving the needs of the community's pets for nearly 36 years.

Founded by K.W. Gilpin D.V.M, our team of veterinary professionals has grown over the years and currently includes seven veterinarians, seven registered veterinary technicians and numerous other support staff.

Each staff member contributes knowledge and experience in a variety of companion animal topics.

We have team members who are experienced in dealing with all aspects of animal care from highly technical surgical procedures to training and behavioral problems in pets of all ages.

Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital is a family run business with long-term ties to people of the Eastern Panhandle.

Dr. Gilpin's family grew up right here in Martinsburg and sons Darin and Brian joined the practice after graduating from veterinary school with a continued commitment of providing outstanding veterinary care for all their friends and neighbors here in Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties and surrounding areas.

Our pets are an important part of our lives here at Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital. We know you feel the same about yours. We would like the opportunity to help them live the happy, healthy, long lives they each deserve.
