Blacksmith Fork Vet Clinic offers quality, complete, and compassionate veterinary care for large and small animals.

Our doctors (Dr. Aldon Watkins, Dr. Dana Clark, and Dr. Chloe Stenkamp-Strahm) along with our caring staff believe in giving special care to every client and making sure our pricing is affordable.

We are located a half-mile south of Mountain Crest High School on Highway 165 in Hyrum and we serve Cache Valley, Utah and its surrounding areas.

At Blacksmith Fork, we understand the role your animals play within your family, and we strive to continue to strengthen those bonds and keep your companion as healthy and happy as we can.

  • Monday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Thursday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday - 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Sunday - Closed
