In 2019 Dr. Tanya Percifield took over Eastern Oregon Animal Health and updated the practice.

Many updates have been made but some very exciting updates are the new Digital X-Ray & ECG Machine. ​

The Eastern Oregon Animal Health facilities opened it's doors back in 1961 when Charles Dake DVM opened Dake Small Animal Clinic.

When he retired in 2005 Ryder Holderman DVM bought Dr. Dake's practice and it became Eastern Oregon Animal Health.

In 2019 Tanya Percifield DVM took over the practice.

Eastern Oregon Animal Health is a single practitioner clinic.

This guarantees you always see the same vet.

Eastern Oregon Animal Health is a mixed animal facility that is currently expanding their large animal facilities.

Our mission is to care for patients, their owners, and the community.

Hours:

  • Monday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Thursday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday - Closed
  • Sunday - Closed
