At Pacific Avenue Veterinary Clinic every member or our team has a deep understanding of the bond between humans and our pets.

All of us are devoted to providing the high level of care we would expect and select for our own pets.

We are a locally owned small animal practice that has been proudly serving the community of Forest Grove, Oregon since 1998.

Our boarding pets are kept in separate wards away from our sick patients.

Sick pets may also be boarded in our treatment ward and medications will be administered by our knowledgeable staff.

We ask that all animals staying at the clinic are parasite free and have proof of current vaccinations.
