Welcome to Springwater Veterinary Wellness Center.

We are local, caring, and offer excellent pet care and client education.

The practice is owned and run by Dr. Cinda Scott, an Oregon native.

Dr. Scott is a skilled veterinarian with over 21 years experience in caring for a wide range of pets and animals.

Her grandfather, Bill Scott, served as Foreman of Portland Zoo for many years, and fostered Cinda’s love of animals from a very early age.

Bill was one of three people present in 1962 at the birth of Packy the elephant, and is seen here tending to one of the tigers in his care at the zoo.
