The health and safety of our clients and team members have been our top priority throughout the pandemic, and we’ve closely and consistently followed the CDC’s recommendations over time. In accordance with the Ohio Department of Health and CDC’s updated guidelines, we will no longer require fully vaccinated clients and team members to wear facial coverings in our building. Facial coverings will continue to be strongly recommended for clients and team members who are not fully vaccinated. We will not require proof of vaccination, but we ask for clients' responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy. Our lobby will be fully open as of June 2. We are allowing clients to enter the exam room with their pet during their scheduled appointment, but will be limiting the number of clients in the exam room to 1 client per pet.
