Dr. Ralph Urmson is a 1968 graduate of The Ohio State University. Originally from Rogers, OH, he has been practicing in Columbiana since graduating. He was a farm and companion animal veterinarian for many years, but now concentrates his efforts on only companion animals.

Dr. Brian Urmson is a 1998 graduate of The Ohio State University and Dr. Ralph's son. He is a companion animal veterinarian who also sees exotic animals. He became the practice co-owner in 1999 and in 2009 became the sole owner as Dr. Ralph eases towards retirement.
Nancy L. Trevena, RVT is a 1990 graduate of Columbus State Community College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), the Practice Manager, and Dr. Ralph's daughter
