Radburn Vet

Dr. Gabriel Stein is known for his love of animals and travel, which has guided his life from the very beginning. Born in Italy and raised in Brooklyn, Dr. Stein spent his early years of childhood in his father’s veterinary clinic where he went on to work as a veterinary technician. Dr. Stein also worked as a veterinary technician in hospitals in NYC. Setting his sights on becoming a veterinarian with varied experiences to help others, Dr. Stein earned his BA from Brooklyn College and graduated veterinary school at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Dr. Stein has a strong interest in surgery and internal medicine, and most importantly, the human animal bond.

After practicing internationally and throughout the NYC metropolitan area, Dr. Stein settled into Bergen County, NJ, where he has been dedicated to serving animals in local hospitals for the past 10 years. It is there Dr. Stein has made a home with his two quirky Devon Rex cats, Benny and Gil, and his wife, Cara. Most recently, Dr. Stein welcomed his first child, which inspired his focus as a father to provide personalized family pet care. With the knowledge that pets are most comfortable in their home environment, and happy pets are healthy pets, Dr. Stein has transitioned his work to house call practice.
