Dr. Williams is a native of Tate County, the son of George and Sylvia Williams of Thyatira, and a proud member of the Independence High School Class of 1991.

In the fall of that year, he began his studies at Mississippi State University, culminating with his receiving a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Dr. Williams and his wife

Dr. Rachel Semore is a native of Tate County, the younger daughter of Paul and Sandra Aiken of Thyatira.

She is a 2005 graduate of Magnolia Heights school.

From there, she attended Mississippi State University, where she graduated with honors and received her Bachelors degree in Animal and Dairy Science (2009), and her Doctorate of Vete
