California Veterinary Clinic

The California Veterinary Clinic (CVC) opened on July 5, 1979 in California, Missouri, by Dr. Roger Borgmeyer and his wife Peggy, who owned and operated the business until December 2020.

Dr. Mark Oerly joined the staff in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Oerly purchased the clinic in January of 2021.

Dr. Kaitlyn Mouse joined the clinic in 2019 after she also graduated from the University of Missouri School of Veterinary Medicine.

Together Doctors Oerly and Mouse offer over 35 years of experience along with 75+ years of experience between the 5 full-time and part-time staff.

We offer a full range of services that include examinations, vaccinations, routine and advanced surgical procedures, diagnostic workups, nutritional guidance, and a wide variety of healthcare consultations.
