Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital opened in January, 2012. We have created an environment to ensure comfort for our patients, their families and our employees in order to create an ideal environment to attend to the dogs, cats and small mammals that you entrust to our care.

Today, dogs and cats have left the doghouses and barns of days gone by and are sleeping in our beds. Our pets in effect have become family members. Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital will focus on this dramatic shift in the relationship between pets and their owners from a pet as property, to a pet as a family member. Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital has developed an innovative approach to patient and client comfort. Our practice minimizes stress to veterinary patients and their families through client education and modifications of smell, sound, sight and movement. Client communication is a cornerstone of Oakland Hills Veterinary Hospital. We will be available to clients not only during their appointment time, but by telephone during working hours as well as during evenings and weekends, and via e-mail.
