Veterinary Emergency Service West

You will be greeted by an experienced veterinary technician who will assess your pet’s condition. If it is determined that your pet requires immediate assistance the technician will request your permission to bring your pet directly to our treatment area for evaluation. All patients are seen on the basis of medical priority with life threatening cases first.

After our veterinarian has examined your pet and obtained a history from you, he/she will discuss what diagnostic tests and/or treatments are advised. An estimate of costs will be presented for your approval prior to initiating any services.

If your pet will require hospitalization you will be given contact information and a time to phone for progress reports and additional test results. A deposit for diagnostics and treatment will be taken at this time.
