Heritage Veterinary Hospital
Heritage Veterinary Hospital started its existence as an old barn that was part of Walker Farms just south of the town of Genesee, Michigan. Dr. Gregory Boggs and his wife Sandra purchased the property, along with the farm house and the old barn, in the year 1969. While living in the farm house, additions continued to be added to the barn, which had now become the veterinary clinic, until a late fall day in November of 1972 when a fire claimed the newly renovated clinic. Fortunately, no animals were lost or harmed in the fire. Half of the current “Heritage” today is the result of that rebuild.
It is our hopes that this website will extend information to you quickly and keep you informed of current happening not only at Heritage, but in veterinary medicine. We would like to thank all of our clients for their patronage, because without you, there would be no history or story to tell.
