Our mission is to always show respect to our clients, even under stressful circumstances.

We respect their time by appropriate scheduling, and make every effort to ensure a maximum wait time of 15 minutes.

Clients will be acknowledged with a smile and attended to as quickly as possible.

Phone questions and concerns will be handled promptly by appropriate support staff.

Our patients are important family members, and any time a family member is not feeling well we will offer an appointment time within 24 hours of the call or offer technical phone assistance if necessary.

We welcome questions, compliments, and complaints, and we strive for continuous improvement in our client service.
