South Kona Veterinary Service

Dr. Jones has been practicing for 26 years and "semi-retired" to South Kona in 2013.

In 2014 we opened South Kona Veterinary Service with the goal of providing quality care at a reasonable price for all of South Kona's pets.

Our overhead is low and we pass this on to our customers.

We carry only the medications and equipment we need for our anticipated caseload.

While this means you need to keep track of your own reminders and wait awhile, it's not a bad trade-off.

Where else can you sit and listen to live music in an open air waiting room and talk story with your neighbors?

When needed, we refer to the clinics in town for diagnostics like x-rays and ultrasound, and for more serious cases needing hospital care.
