Primary Pet Care's emphasis is to provide quality affordable wellness and preventative veterinary care to pets in Forsyth and surrounding communities.

We are excited to offer mobile veterinary care with at home visits.

We are set up every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 40 Berner Ave in Forsyth from 1- 3 pm.

We continue to rotate Saturday morning clinics in Forsyth, High Falls, and Bolingbroke from 9-11 AM.

Services offered include vaccines, deworming, microchipping, parasite testing, prescription flea & tick medication, and heartworm preventative.

Wellness services include physical exams, ear & eye flush, nail trims, skin scrapes, health panels, and diagnostic bloodwork panels.

Dr. Kevin D. Smith, owner, has been practicing veterinary medicine since graduating from the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.

Well known in the Forsyth community, Dr. Smith is excited to fill the void of mobile veterinary care in Forsyth and surrounding communities.
