Crestview Animal Hospital

For more than 30 years, Crestview Animal Hospital has been one of North Georgia’s most trusted and reliable veterinary hospitals.

Our hospital was founded by Dr. John McGruder in 1988 as a rural area practice caring for Forsyth County’s animals both large and small.

Dr. David Sewell joined the practice 10 years ago and together the two doctors have grown Crestview Animal Hospital into one of the largest full-service animal hospitals in Forsyth County.

Today, Crestview has five doctors and over 50 employees whose passion is to care for the pets of our community.

While Crestview Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital we’re one of the only hospitals in the area that features visiting board certified specialists.

These specialists focus in the areas of internal medicine/cardiology, orthopedics and soft tissue surgery.
