Dr. Richard Rotmistrovsky [ Dr. Rich ] spent his undergraduate and veterinary years at Cornell University in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central After spending his first year in Pennsylvania, he relocated.

For the next 16.5 yrs, he obtained a variety of experience in over 70 hospitals working in a relief, part time or full time capacity.

More recently, he had been managing and working in an emergency clinic in Los Angeles county.

In 2009, Dr. Rich relocated to Scottsdale, AZ. In 2011, Dr. Rich decided to offer in home veterinary care, to provide service to people who cannot easily get to a veterinary hospital, or who simply prefer the comfort of having their pet attended to at home.
