Cicero Veterinary Clinic

Cicero Veterinary Clinic was established by Doctors David Brown and James Speiser.

Dr. Robert Bill purchased the practice and then sold it to Dr. Ellen Cook in 1985.

Originally the practice was housed in the space now occupied by the Subway shop.

In 1992, it moved to its present location at 210 S. Peru Street.

The building is a renovated private residence which gives Cicero Veterinary Clinic its “Bed & Breakfast” like appearance and welcoming personality.

Dr. Cook maintained a “family” style practice with clients and staff.

She was not so much a boss, as a “mother” with her staff. This is the main reason Cicero Veterinary Clinic employees have stayed and worked successfully together for such a long time-something uncommon in the veterinary field.
