Flying Horse Veterinary Practice

FHVP is an equine ambulatory practice offering comprehensive veterinary care, including lameness exams (with radiographs and ultrasound), breeding services , vaccinations, dentistry, acupuncture, and emergency response. We are headquartered in Thornville, Ohio and serve Licking and Perry counties, as well as parts of Knox, Muskingum, Fairfield, Coshocton, and Franklin counties.

Mission Statement: At Flying Horse Veterinary Practice we aim to provide compassionate and comprehensive care through all stages of your horse's life by tailoring the level of care to meet the individual needs of both you and your horse. We believe in quality, 24/7 equine veterinary care and providing explanations and education to assist you in making the best decisions for the health of your horse.

At FHVP, we pride ourselves on offering expert veterinary services for everything from finely-tuned equine athletes to beloved family ponies. Our history in the area, as well as first-hand knowledge of competition, Pony Club/4-H, and horse ownership gives us the ability to work with you and your horses on a comfortable and familiar level.
