Country Road Veterinary Services is proud to serve the Apple Creek OH area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Mark Imhoff, who is a licensed, experienced Apple Creek veterinarian.

Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise. Country Road Veterinary Services stays on top of the latest advances in veterinarian technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.

Country Road Veterinary Services has been serving Wayne and Holmes Counties and the Surrounding area for over 35 years. Our clinic is located on US 250 at the west edge of Apple Creek, Ohio. We provide veterinary care for both large animals and family pets. Small animals are generally treated at the clinic while our large animal patients have most procedures and surgeries performed directly on the farm.

We have four full-time veterinarians on staff. These doctors have a wide variety of knowledge and experience to ensure that your animals receive the best care possible. After normal business hours, a veterinarian can always be reached by phone if you have questions or need emergency care. Large animal emergency care is handled on-farm. Small animal emergencies are handled in-house on a case-by-case basis and may be referred to a larger veterinary referral and emergency center for treatment.
