Docton Animal Clinic

Dr. Matt Stonecypher has been part of the Docton team since June of 2000. He completed his undergrad at Miami University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Botany. He went on to complete his DVM at Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.

Dr. Bill hired Dr. Matt as a recent graduate with plenty to offer. He had a penchant for feline medicine and ultrasound technology (he was instrumental in introducing ultrasound technology to the Docton clientele), and a desire to learn. In 2007, Dr. Matt and Dr. Tina purchased the clinic. In his role as owner, Dr. Matt continues to advance the clinic's technology. Over the years, he has become known as our resident "cat doctor." Additionally, Dr. Matt is PennHip certified (you can read more about the PennHip technique in our Radiology tab, under Services).
